Meet Bill

I’d like you to meet Bill.  He’s a survivor!

Bill was rescued during The Big Rescue of 2006.  He was living in a dog crate that was half filled with his own waste.  He had no food or water.  Poor Bill, and 7 other bunnies, were living in these horrible conditions.  With the rising temperatures that come with April, Bill and the others would surely have died from heat stroke.

Lucky for Bill, we arrived to whisk him away to safety at Bunny Castle.

Bill is a sweetie!  He loves when I sing to him.  He is a mixed breed bunny and his age is unknown.  He loves to play and throw his food bowl around his cage. Due to the lack of care in his early life, Bill does have some eye troubles.

Meet Barney and Oil

Meet Barney and Oil, two large, mixed breed bunnies.  I like to call them “The Big Boys.”  These guys were rescued in our “Big Rescue of 2006“.  They have been neutered and we think they are around 4 years old.

Barney and Oil are usually very mellow and are happy to chew on their chew toys, but they are not very fond of being handled.  For this reason they are not up for adoption, but they would love to be sponsored by you!

Meet Raspberry and Grapefruit!

Raspberry and Grapefruit share a meal

I’d like to introduce you to two adorable, girly rabbits – Raspberry and Grapefruit.  They were rescued from terrible conditions in our big bunny rescue of 2006 (they were two of 113 bunnies we rescued at that time, see our main website for more details.) We believe them to be sisters.  They are large breed bunnies,  and are spayed females. Age is unknown but my guess is 4/5 years.

Meet Harley

You can sponsor this bunny!

I’d like to introduce you to Harley. He is an adorable tan and white, neutered, male lop bunny and he needs a sponsor.

Harley was taken to the vet by his owners to be put to sleep because his teeth had over grown.  Luckily for Harley, the vet thought he was too cute to be put to sleep.  So she fixed his teeth and called Bunny Castle Rabbit Rescue. He needs reoccurring vet appointments to have his teeth checked.
